We are looking for several call centre representatives who will be the contact between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage emerging customer issues, complaints and inquiries to increase customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to Tele-sell products when they arise Build good relationships and engage with customers. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way Meet personal and team targets These vacancies are entry level positions which requires no previous experience although is of added advantage. Training is provided.
