A Vacancy Exists in our sales and administration team for a sales and administrative assistant.

We are a growing SMME operating in the automotive sector. We specialise in Automatic and manual gearbox remanufacturing, repairs and spares. Founded in 2009, now family owned run by an energetic management team, we aim to build and grow our footprint in the industry one vehicle at a time.

Knowledge required

  • Must understand automotive vehicles, automotive experience is a must.

Key Performance Areas

  • Assist Management team with operations
  • Assist with workshop planning and scheduling
  • Part sourcing, ordering and follow ups
  • Quotation calculations
  • Monitoring implementation of procedures company wide
  • Lead retail sales and assist with sales growth and target setting

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Grade 12
  • 2 Years experience with sales/administrative roles
  • 2 years experience in the automotive industry
