Job Description

An established construction company in Randburg has a position available for a secretary/PA. Candidates must be presentable with excellent communication skills, accuracy and telephone etiquette dealing with clients professionally.

-Own transport
-MS Office suite
-Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
-Diary management and co-ordination of appointments
-Typing of all correspondence, agreements and documentation
-Liaising with clients and suppliers
-Conversant in both English and Afrikaans
-Good organisational and time management skills
-Discreet, honest and reliable
-Minimum 2 years’ experience
-South African Citizen
-Preference will be given to candidates residing in Randburg and
the Northern suburbs
-Knowledge of Johannesburg map will be advantageous

Position opens 2017 - Necessary training commencing prior
to this date is a probability.
