Purpose of position: Assisting the Product Manager(s) by managing and providing all quotes to our partner base on products specified in your employment contract. Support our resellers throughout the territory, and to provide superb back-end support in order to facilitate sales closure and operational support.     Key Responsibility Areas:  Assist in managing relationships with existing and new resellers Manage small adhoc named accounts Assist the Product  Manager with channel sales Assist with product RMA process and licence delivery Assist with any channel and vendor queries Understanding of the partner programme Review IAM managed account list and pipeline Renewals – closure rate and targets Contact customers for training or campaigns – number of events run and number of customers attending Contact and manage all renewal clients within the Territory, via partners and vendor communication Customer database accuracy Responsible for all quotes for the Territory, ensuring the products and solutions are correctly specified, the prices quoted are accurate, and the quote has a rapid turnaround time from request to release Responsible for all VTiger data (CRM) for your allocated products, - assets, opportunities, accounts etc. Assist Product Manager with product pipelines, Vendor and Management feedback Process Orders and deal with all associated paperwork Logistics as part of post product and service delivery Monthly sales report on renewals and $ closure

Purpose of position: To generate invoices and then to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under your control as well as accurate payments which are due to the company. Purpose of position: To function in the HR department as a headhunter who will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring IT / sales specialists within a IT Distributor company. Thereafter to manage the probation and orientation period to ensure proper onboarding and coaching of new employees within their respective roles.   The focus will be: Recruitment Establish recruitment requirements per department through meetings with management and studying the organisation plans / organogram. Build a successful applicant database / pipeline by researching and contacting various institutions / universities / candidates / LinkedIn. Attract top talent through the implementation of a recruitment strategy. Place adverts per specific position and personal requirements based on the job descriptions; LinkedIn, job sites, newsgroups, Facebook etc. Headhunt candidates / screen CV’s Conduct telephonic interviews per requirements; as well as knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Reference checks / ITC etc. on potential placements Assessments as position requires: excel, verbal, etc. Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Short listing of potential candidates and scheduling of interviews with management Create contracts and offer of employment letters Regret other interviewees Onboarding Manage the company induction program for all new employees – across regions Create orientation documents per position to effectively manage the individual probation period On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated Coordinate probation and orientation review meetings between management and employee.
