Psychometrist Location: Randburg, Johannesburg Salary: R24k per month plus medical, cell phone and travel allowance   Purpose of the Role: Hardworking and diligent psychometrist to facilitate the administration of our assessment solutions as well as compiling and presenting professional and value-added reports for clients.   Requirements: HPCSA registration as a psychometrist is essential Honours (equivalent) degree in practical psychometry / industrial psychology Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a practising psychometrist Valid driver’s licence Expert knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Advanced level of Excel Advanced ability to prioritise and complete workload to agreed deadlines Advanced reasoning ability for both verbal and written tasks Exceptional self-management and organisational skills Analytical with high attention to detail Advanced face-to-face and telephonic communication skills/interpersonal/listening skills Resilient, adaptable and effective stress management skills Customer-centric approach in personal interactions Actively engages in business and personal development   Duties: Assessment administration and account management for all clients Customer assessment training and feedback Data collection for SA norms with continuous development to meet HPCSA standards Internal training for sales teams on assessments Support sales teams in-field with product and subject matter expertise Attending to internal assessment needs relating to recruitment Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and to give presentations to clients Actively engage in research and development of products and assessment offerings Assistance with HR function in terms of preparation of role profiles Reports to senior psychometrist and general manager
