Formulates Agent schedules in consultation with resource managers within agreed timeframes and in line with Contact volumes, Average Handling Times and shrinkage assumptions Administration of over-time as governed by scheduling process Records all attrition, absenteeism, leave, sickness, lateness, planned off phone activities and overtime Reporting And Administration: Executes reporting packages for agents and teams that provide them with the analysis to improve their key performance indicators (AHT, Schedule Adherence etc.) and supports business growth & operational improvement initiatives Continuously reviews ways of working, seeking regular feedback from customers and stakeholders on improvement areas Positives: Supports RTA monitoring function Provides relevant Workforce Management reports as per operational requirements Ensures accuracy of exception capturing and real time reporting Reviews adherence and shrinkage reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Location: Cape Town, CBD Permanent Role   Purpose of Role: Working within an Agile development team, the Senior Test Analyst is responsible for functional and non‐functional testing, acceptance criteria and feature designs.   Requirements: IT related Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of training and experience. Thorough knowledge of the principles of functional and non‐functional testing, and a track‐record of innovation in testing 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance mostly as an Intermediate/Senior Test Analyst Creating tests and testing standards for HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, MSSQL and Web Application environments. Hands‐on testing experience within a whole range of functional testing including UAT, acceptance and system testing for mobile devices Testing tools and systems like Selenium (IDE & WebDriver), Protractor, SoapUI, MSSQL, WebServices, RESTApi, Browsers (FF, Chrome, IE, Edge, Safari, etc), MS Visual Studio 2015, IIS, MSMQ, Message Driven Architecture, etc. Good in application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken. Hybrid Agile methodologies will be an advantage (Waterfall and Agile). CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript or any other languages advantageous   Duties: Test Solution Design and Test Planning.
