The day-to-day tasks of a call centre operator may include: answering calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers making telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers dealing with customer orders, card payments, enquiries and complaints advising about products and services. Without experience, formal hands on training will be offered. Must have Grade 11 or 12 and or Equivalent. Good listening and Good verbal communication skills.
